grand canyon mural good breakfast free coffee
The grand canyon mural was AMAZING! The breakfast included only charging for adults. Coffee and water were available at all times in the reception area.
The gym had a stepper that was BROKEN.

indoor pool outdoor bar spacious room
The location is near the park entrance. The hotel includes two pools and hot tubs, one indoor and one outdoor. The rooms have clothes lines and heat lamps to dry swimsuits in the bathroom.
The soundproofing could be improved (i heard some noise from the hallway).

mixed experience near grand canyon
thin walls noisy ice machine
The room i was assigned seemed to have thin walls. I could hear everything from the hallway. also, the ice machine near my room was quite noisy. it disrupted my sleep, so i had to use earplugs. the breakfast service was strange. Staff brought drinks slowly, often after i had finished eating.

Convenient stay near the canyon
comfy beds spacious bathroom
the room provided privacy and facilities for our party of three.. comfy beds and spacious bathrooms with plenty of mirror space made getting ready easy. it was great to have laundry facilities, as we were on a road trip.. the coffee and tea facilities in the lobby were useful too.
the hype seemed a little exaggerated.. i didn't see the nighttime smores, or "boxed lunches", and the ice cream cooler wasn't stocked. the food onsite was mediocre, but the amenities made up for it i guess..

the hotel sits just outside the Grand Canyon National Park, a definite advantage for early access. parking right outside our room door made things convenient. it allowed us quick returns after long days of exploring..

I found the hotel offered convenient access to several restaurants nearby. The staff member at check-in provided helpful park information and tips. The hotel is large and has many amenities including indoor and outdoor pool areas.

convenient location laundry facilities dark hallway old room
The hotel's location near the Grand Canyon entrance WAS convenient. I could easily access the park. Complimentary self-serve laundry facilities were available .
The hallways looked TOO dark. The rooms looked rather old.

central location outdoor pool
i appreciated the central location it made accessing nearby attractions easy the bus to the grand canyon stopped right outside the building the outdoor area was beautiful it featured an outdoor pool a bar and several seating areas.
the room was a bit dark because a tree was right outside the window i did not have much of a view.
